1. Shipping and Returns    

Pinakin Retail LLP ("Pinakin") endeavours to provide you with a vast selection of unique products, fast and reliable delivery, and a trusted and convenient online retail experience. To ensure that you enjoy hassle-free shopping, Pinakin provides you with their shipping and easy returns policy ("Shipping and Returns Policy").

Please note that the terms of this Shipping and Returns Policy is subject to the Pinakin Terms of Use and Pinakin Privacy Policy and should be read along with the same.

In the event of any conflict between the Pinakin Terms of Use, Pinakin Privacy Policy and the Shipping and Return Policy, then this Shipping and Returns Policy shall prevail.

Pinakin may amend these terms at Pinakin's sole discretion and make best efforts to notify you when major changes are made. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE.

2. Terms for Shipment    

Cities in which product will be delivered
Pinakin delivers globally.

Estimated delivery time
Products are typically dispatched within the estimated days of product delivery communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. Furniture that is on order basis will be dispatched between 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) weeks after confirmation. For all goods in stock concerning accessories, decor items and fashion will be dispatched within 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) working days. All the products are transported and delivered using a third party logistics team/delivery network.

Shipping charges
Shipments within India:
For furniture, lifestyle & accessories and fashion invoice valued over INR 15000.00 - free shipping.
For furniture, accessories & lifestyle and fashion invoice valued below INR 15000.00 - fixed shipping charge of INR 399.00

International shipments (outside India)
All shipments of Home Decor & Fashion will be charged as per estimate provided on request.
Any additional charges like octroi, entry taxes, and additional labour shall be exclusive of the maximum retail price and shall be borne by the purchaser of the product.

How to track the order
Pinakin tries its best to deliver your product within the estimated days which is communicated to you at the time of placing the order. While Pinakin tries to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, we update our records to inform you of the status of the products and where it is in transit. In the event you have not received any communication from us for 8 (eight) or 10 (ten) days after promised shipment date in the case of pre-orders please contact us at our customer care number +91-22-65002400 or +91-22-65002500 between 11 am to 6 pm IST, Monday through Saturday or email us at customercare@pinakinonline.com

3. Terms for Return    

Intimation to return goods should be made within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving products (email: customercare@pinakinonline.com). Products may be returned only for the following reasons: manufacturing defects and incorrect products. Furniture items cannot be returned. Please provide us with a clear image of the product portraying the defect due to which the product is being returned. The time frame for returning a product commences from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. In relation to certain products, the seller's or brand's warranty may supersede Shipping and Returns Policy.

Return requests should be communicated to our customer service team reachable through contact details published on the website.

In order to make this absolutely hassle-free, Pinakin will also pick up the product free of cost from your home; however, in locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Once your return claim is accepted and the product is received by Pinakin, refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days. Depending on the mode of payment you used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 30 (thirty) working days to credit the amount to your account. The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid for a product by you. Please note that delivery charges and additional octroi charges and taxes (if any) are not refundable.

Damaged/ defective products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and original packaging.

Please ensure that apparel and accessories are in original state and remains unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition before raising a returns request. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with Pinakin next time.

Goods are faulty only if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Products that are being returned should be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, and warranty/ guarantee card. Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return. For damaged/defective products, products with missing parts or products not as described, replacement will be offered, if the issue is reported within 1 (one) day. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please note that this Returns and Shipping Policy does not apply to the following products:


Category Exclusions
  • No returns on made to order/customised items.
  • No returns acceptable for wood finish or grains/ knots in wooden furniture.
Accessories, decor, dinnerware, serve ware, cutlery, candles, glasses, vases, bed linen, table linen, cushions, lighting, carpets.
  • No returns for loose/cut threads in fabrics.
  • No returns for thickness unless in case of discrepancy with what is mentioned on website.
  • Chandeliers and lamps to be self-assembled.
  • No returns will be accepted for lack of assembly service.
  • Bulbs are provided as convenience gesture therefore no returns would be accepted for damaged bulbs or lack of bulbs.
  • No returns would be acceptable for looks/ polish in vintage products.
  • No returns on texture, colour, embroidery & sequins variations in comparison to your computer screen image in this regard.
  • No returns on used, soiled, washed, damaged garments.
  • No returns on garments without original tags/codes.
  • No returns on garments if attachments like belts, straps, embellishments are missing.

Products may not be returned in the event:
  1. The return request is raised post 24 (hours) of delivery of the product.
  2. The product pickup is not allowed within 3 (three) days of acceptance of the return request by Pinakin.
  3. The product is not returned in the original state or is in used/soiled state.
  4. The product is not returned along with the price tags, labels, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including belts & straps intact.
  5. The serial number or label of the Product is damaged.
  6. The product is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage.
  7. All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy - NO CANCELLATIONS    

Pinakin shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
