How to make a purchase?

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You will have to place a new order which contains all the items you require.

PAYMENTS

Why do I see the rates in US Dollars only? Do I have to pay in US Dollars?

Being a global site and for ease of transaction and evaluation, we have used USD as the standard currency. However, please note that customers will be charged for the goods in their country's local currency equivalent to the USD price as displayed on the product page.

What payment methods does Pinakin Online accept?

We accept Visa, Master, American Express Credit/Debit Cards.

We also have Net Banking Option.

We do not have Cash on Delivery Service.

How do I remove saved credit card details or edit account info?
How do I edit my account details?

Visit your account settings and edit details you wish to change.

You may edit billing details, shipping details or credit/debit card details.

Please do not make any changes if you have an order pending to be delivered.

Changes can be made once that pending order is delivered and closed.

How will I know you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?

After you have placed your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will refund the amount through the specific payment gateway used by you.

SHIPPING

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address while submitting your order request.

What duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For Indian Customers.

Product prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Any Octroi or local state taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.

For International Customers.

Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Pinakin Online to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. On opening the package, if you discover the item is damaged, contact our customer desk at customercare@pinakinonline.com

Our Return Policy can help clarify how to go about returning items in your order. You can also email us if you have any questions, and we'll do everything we can to help.

Can I place an order if I require more quantities than what is mentioned on the website?

Unfortunately not.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
